RADAR - Artisan

Elston Engineering Services Ltd has assisted BAE systems with the structural design & analysis of the new Type 997 Artisan radar, due to replace the Type 996 radar on Royal Navy Frigates and to be fitted to the Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers. This was a hand-holding exercise to develop the capabilities of the BAE Systems Cowes team to analyse composite structures and their dynamic performance.
